After winning an auction, please notify our staff immediately so we can contact the seller and pay, and the seller can ship the item.
How proxy bidding works
- Copy the item link (URL) and send it to us for a cost estimate.
- We bid up to the amount you have deposited.
- If you lose the auction, there is no charge at all.
- If you win, pay the item price + Japan shipping + transfer fee.
- International shipping is paid after the item arrives in Thailand, once the weight is known.

Things to know before bidding
- Always notify us after winning — otherwise we have no way of knowing.
- If payment is not made within 2-3 days, the seller may cancel, leave negative feedback, and the account may be suspended.
- Do not cancel after winning, as it damages the account's credit.
- Check shipping costs and conditions before bidding — some items are expensive to ship or pick-up only.
- Check the seller's feedback. Very low feedback may indicate a scam.
- Set a budget and don't bid emotionally. If bidding on many items, please deposit extra.
